Robert, love this. I I recently met w/ Mary Hunter, the CEO of Good Will of Central Iowa. She says new marketplaces like Ebay or other online resellers have dramatically affected the amount of donated inventory they receive. Donations of items for resale makes up the majority of their earned income, which funds their operations providing services, and that source of goods is declining. That was interesting and disturbing... how one economic shift changes another business model.
